AddrMon 1.0.0.49

AddrMon is a network tool that can be used to debug or monitor a network or see if host computers are online. Addrmon can PING, Traceroute or Monitor a single or multiple host computers simultaneously. PING a computer to determine whether a particular IP address (host) is reachable online by sending out a packet and waiting for a response. Send a user defined number off ICMP packets at a specified time interval.

Paessler SNMP Tester 2.2

With Paessler SNMP Tester you can run simple SNMP requests against a device in your network. During the test each single step of the SNMP request is logged into a logfile for analysis. The idea of this free program is to debug SNMP requests down to the protocol level in order to find communication and/or data problems in SNMP monitoring configurations.
