Enzymes are vital to our health. They are involved in every process of the body. They digest our food break it down, carry it through the intestine walls and into the blood stream, transport it to the muscles, cells, nerves, tissues and glands of the body, and then facilitate it's conversion into new tissue and new cells. Enzymes also break down foreign objects and dispose of decaying matter, they repair tissue and cellular damage etc.
